3. Personal Account: refers to the free space than any Seller/Advertiser must create and which it should connect from the Website to disseminate, manage and view its listings.
4. Phonesforest.com : means the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site {Phonesforest.com}.
5. Customer Service: Phonesforest.com means the department to which the Seller/Advertiser may obtain or request for further information. This service can be obtained via email by clicking the link on the Website and Mobile Site.
6. Phonesforest.com Service: means the services made available for Users and Seller/Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.
7. Website : means the website operated by Phonesforest.com accessed from the URL http://www.Phonesforest.com and allowing Users and Seller/Advertisers to access the Service via internet Phonesforest.com.
8. Mobile Site : is the mobile site operated by Phonesforest.com accessible from the URL http://www.Phonesforest.com or by installing the app from stores and allowing Users and Seller/Advertisers to access via mobile phone service.

Subject

Responsibility for Phonesforest.com cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of due control, either because of the Seller/Advertiser, or a case of major force.

Phonesforest.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the user’s Ads to make it more convenient and appealing to target right market. Our experts will do necessary little amendments when ever it is required to make the Ad easily accessible and reachable by different search engines, this will help boost the ad visibility over internet. Phonesforest.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions. Seller/Advertisers are advised to consult the Terms to be aware of the changes

Phonesforest.com's Ad listingpolicies are listed (But are not limited to) below

·        It is not allowed to post unauthorized commercial communications such as spam.

·        It is not allowed to upload viruses or other malicious code.

·        It is not allowed to post hyperlinks.

·        It is not allowed to intimidate, or harass any user.

·        It is strongly prohibited to post content that is threatening,hate speech, pornographic, violence and nudity.

·        All website and mobile site users are obligated to support government rules, laws and regulations.

·        It is not allowed to post content or take any action on Phonesforest.com that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the govt. law

If part of the Terms should be illegal,invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without questioning the validity of the remaining provisions will continue to apply between Seller/Advertisers and Phonesforest.com.
